Bottling & Blending Plant
At our LPG bottling plant, LPG is filled into cylinders for storage and distribution among various LPG distributors. The plant has the facility to receive bulk LPG by LPG Tankers of various capacities, for example 18MT & 21MT capacities. After receipt of bulk LPG, we fill the LPG into cylinders.
Cylinder Bottling includes various steps mentioned below :
- Receipt of cylinders
- Visual inspection/segregation of cylinders for filling
- Tare weight marking
- Filling operation
- Checking weight
- Segregation – ii
- Tightness test – i
- Segregation – iii
- Tightness test – ii
- Soap solution test
- Segregation – iv
- Finishing operations
- Final inspection
- Disposal of filled cylinders in sound condition
